3/8” thick strong stainless steel bar lever
19 gauge strong tensioned stainless steel wire.
3/8″ adjustable stainless steel locking nuts to torque wire over time if needed.
Black Walnut handle.
Board is conditioned with Howard’s Butcher Block Conditioner
All metal components are stainless steel.
-Comes with two additional stainless steel replacement wires!
We recommend to only hand wash your slicer with warm water and dry toughly when needed.
DO NOT SUBMERGE IN WATER – Wipe, rinse when needed and dry immediately.
