This design of bread knife is perfect to aid in making even slices of bread! All Lockyer Brand Bread Knives come with a contoured, ergonomically correct handle with a tensioned, thin, sharp inline stainless steel blade. This design is for exact indexing of your bread cuts in addition further aided with the gap between the blade and arm you will have consistent, even bread slices.

The Fiddle Knives are made into Right Handed or Left Handed knives in a Standard version or a Deluxe Version. Each version has the same attention to detail in finish. The Deluxe Fiddle Knives / Bow Knives have decorative hardwood striped handles for extra fancy flair 😉

These Bread Knives are all worked by hand, hand cut, contoured & sanded, hand finished & assembled.

Our Fiddle Knives / Bow Knives have become popular where it’s been tough to keep up with demand at times.

If a knife is sold out at the moment, it will be restocked shortly as soon as we make more.

We allow backorders! If you are not in a big rush, we’ll make your knife to go! Allow a week to two week turnover for most of our knives if backordered. Adjustable fiddle knives may be a week longer depending on how many we have lined up but otherwise count on the same timeframe. If you don’t mind a backorder, just contact us with the product you want, and we will make it for you!
