People buy from this fake retailer, then this fraudulent company buys the item from us with a stolen card for the person paying them… We become a drop ship patsy for this fraud. If there are no tell tail signs of fraud, We then end up shipping the gift and in the end, lose out on the product, the money paid for the item, and get a 15% Charge back fee on top of all of that.
If you are ordering other items besides just Maileg and or have a customer order history with us, no problem, we’ll ship right away.
If you are ordering only Maileg and have no customer history with us, there will be a 3 business day hold until you send a photo ID matching the name of the card you used. If we don’t directly hear from you, we will try to reach out, but after the 3 day window without response, your order will be cancelled so we do not get a possible 15% Fee on top of the reversal of the charge.
