Our Signature Adjustable Bread Knives also known as “Adjustable Bow Knives” or “Adjustable Fiddle Knives” Handmade in Mendocino

These handcrafted right handed adjustable bread knives all have adjustable slice thickness guides and have measurement markers placed at the 1/2 inch mark, 1 inch mark and 1 1/2 inch mark for slicing bread slices in those according thicknesses making a perfect knife design for slicing bread into a variety of even, consistent slices!

The adjustable knives are great for slicing into thick hard crust or warm fresh soft bread loaves, cutting bagels, making thin slices for crostini’s or thick French toast & garlic bread slices!

The bread knives have tensioned thin sharp serrated stainless steel blades which are made into Right Handed or Left Handed knives in a Standard version or a Deluxe Version.

All our Fiddle / Bow Knives come with Stainless Steel Blades! -You can air dry and the blades will not oxidize if not completely dry!

The Fiddle Knife’s hardwood is finished very smooth and conditioned with Howard’s Butcher Block Conditioner (Periodic re-oiling may be needed over time)

Deluxe Fiddle Knives / Bow Knives have decorative hardwood striped handles 😉

The fiddle knife sheath is made of cedar.

Fiddle knife lanyard and sheath twine is made of sustainable hemp.
