Left Handed 1/2" Gap Bread Fiddle Knives / Bow Knives

These Bread Slicing “Bow Knives” or “Fiddle Knives” Handmade in Mendocino

These handcrafted left handed knives all have 1/2 Inch gaps between the serrated stainless steel blade and hardwood blade arm making a perfect knife design for slicing bread into even, consistent slices!

The knives are great for slicing into thick hard crust or warm fresh soft bread loaves, cutting bagels, making thin slices for crostini’s or thick French toast & garlic bread slices!

-Also great for slicing other foods like tomatoes & onions!

The bread knives have tensioned thin sharp serrated stainless steel blades which are made into Right Handed or Left Handed knives in a Standard version or a Deluxe Version.

All our Fiddle / Bow Knives come with Stainless Steel Blades! -You can air dry and the blades will not oxidize if not completely dry!

The Fiddle Knife’s hardwood is finished very smooth and conditioned with Howard’s Butcher Block Conditioner (Periodic re-oiling may be needed over time)

Deluxe Fiddle Knives / Bow Knives have decorative hardwood striped handles 😉

The fiddle knife sheath is made of cedar.

Fiddle knife lanyard and sheath twine is made of sustainable hemp.
